APEC “rubbish blog politics” special edition, part III

This year I went to the Easter Show for the first time since it moved to Homebush. When I walked past the big Olympic cauldron, my heart suddenly sank. I realised that I was standing in the last place we were when it went missing, and that somewhere around there, if you dug in the right spot, you might find the city’s sense of humour.
